Walgreens at 55 Dodge Street Dubuque Iowa.
Could careless about thier paitents.
My mother is a diabetic, they apparently use a vendor to order insulin. When my sister called to speak with the pharmacist she lied to my sister and hung up on her. Real professional. Because of getting no insulin for my mother she will not have enough of her long lasting insulin they could care less.

it was a good store kinda i found what i needed but then i went down this one aisle and i seen this pink things it was kinda long and i realized what it was and it was so nasty and completely inappropriate and i had my 5 year old with me and he said whats a vibrator over and over i was so embarrassed i just had to walk out next time put those things behind the cash register 😠😞

Expect to be there at least an hour. one staff member in the pharmacy and front desk. . Unorganized guy must of looked for prescriptions in 6 different places.short staff do to probably corporate greed.... if I didn't have to go there for my I insurance I wouldn't go there. Ever...

Do not waste your valuable time building an order for delivery. I did twice for 2 different Walgreens and they cancel it as soon as you submit it. So why offer delivery then? If it's just for medication, why do they present that option when buying other products.

I am from out of town. I frequent Walgreens where I live. There is no lock on the bathroom door. There is a lock on the bathroom door in the wall greens on Perkins road in Baton Rouge. They tell you they don't know the code because they don't want you to use the bathroom. I spent $150 in there and they would not give me the code to the bathroom. they claimed they didn't have the code to the bathroom because they didn't want me to use it.

I was given an incorrect amount of Pregabalin. I was prescribed 150 mg. a day on April 18, and the store admits they received the prescription. I was given 100 mg. a day on May 2, 2023. I did not notice for a few days that I had been shorted. I call the store and a young man told me my prescription would be ready at 11:00 a.m. on May 11, 2023. I went to pick up at around 4:20 and was told to come back in 15 minutes. I came back and they told me they could not fill it - why hadn't I told my doctor on 4/18 that I was going on vacation. Well it wouldn't have mattered then. I asked for the names of the manager of the prescription area, the store manager and the walgreens manager. I was told to call 1800walgreens. I just have to say this was the store's error and the manager should be called on it. They said I could buy the balance for $560. They said the Louisiana DEA would have to be called - so I am asking that if I were abusing this drug(and I am not) I could buy it and continue to abuse it- totally ludicrous. I have been with walgreens for over 40 years, I am thinking that will soon end. Walgreens made the error and said they could not fill until 5/21/2023 - when I will be out of town. This is not my fault and I feel that whomever is making decisions on this, probably does not have the same issues as I have. The biggest complaint is that they would not give me the managers' names, numbers and email addresses. You and LDEA may call me anytime. I believe my rights have been ignored and I have no recourse.

Been a customer of Walgreens for as long as I can remember and besides the long waiting time here in Shelton CT most of the time I really never had a big issue. But today I went to go pick up my Meds and was told they didn't have them and didn't know when they would be in. Guy who is normally kind was rude and said maybe some time next week. I had many questions and got who knows and who cares attitude from him. I also ask if he could check another location and he said no he couldn't but I could call them myself. I said well its been done in the past. He said well he couldn't do it and for me to call them myself. I'm sure he knew I wouldn't get a reply. Line was long and didn't wanna hold anyone else up so I went to the car to call one in Stratford CT. And as I type almost 2 hours later I am still on hold. Wow great now I got hung up on. This is ridiculous and will no longer be a customer of Walgreens as soon as I get this prescription straighten out. It saddens me to be treated like crap. So cold hearted and unprofessional. I spend alot of $$ at Walgreens almost on a weekly basis. I will no longer be a burden to Walgreens and go elsewhere. I guess if my pain gets worse I will have to make an unnecessary trip to the ER for an injection/shot. Should I send Walgreens the ER bill?

I wouldn’t even give this pharmacy 1 star but had to rate it to write a review. Rena who was filling in at the 3700 34th St N location in St Petersburg FL pharmacy drive thru who, was extremely rude, condescending, patronizing and offensive. I would go to any other Walgreens than this one.It was terrible customer service. No stars should be an option. there was no reason to speak to a 64 year old woman the way she spoke to me especially since Walgreens notified me my prescription was ready!!I realize they may be over worked but check yourself, maybe find a new career. And she was filling in!?

Walgreens 5138 Elyria thinks it's ok to be stolen from and thinks it's ok for 3 teenagers to come into the store and spend over a hr in the store stealing stuff and then waves a (plastic) gun towards the cashiers and the managers did nothing no cops called didn't kick them out or anything they was allowed to continue to steal and taunt the cashier so much that she quit because she realized her safety is not a concern.

I tried calling yesterday to pick up my prescription for morphine. The phone rang for approximately 45 minutes. They did not answer then this morning I tried calling again. The phone rang for a 1/2 an hour finally. I went over there with the phone still in hand ringing. They were not busy. There was not a car in the drive-through and there was only one customer. Being taken care of. They answered the phone once I hung up with other people but for me I had to go there in person only to be told that they didn't have. Enough of my prescription and if I took the 41 out of 60 I would have to forfeit the rest of mine. I can't do that so they said it would be there on Monday. They're doing this just to jerk me around. There's one lady that works there that constantly jerks me around as a matter of fact. My prescription is 12 days late because they said that I picked thim up on the 12th when I picked him up by the 1st 2 months ago. So when I go to the doctors I can pick up one prescription and then I have to wait 2 weeks for the other and it's their mistake. Not mine or they're just trying to screw around with me. They could have easily answered the phone within 45 minutes yesterday and 25 minutes today. But for me they will not answer the phone because I report them to Corporate every time they jerk me around
I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE I THEMANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE UNTILL THIS NEW LADY STARTED THERE AROUND SIX MONTHS AGO. NOW, THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL!!!!

If you go to this place to pick up your medication what ever you do please don't rolls your eyes because if you do you will not get your medication this happens to me

My husband had surgery today. The doctor sent a prescription for pain killers to Walgreens. The first time I went to get them…it hadn’t gone through yet. I went a second time and was told it wasn’t filled yet….I waited a bit and went back and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I went to pick up my husband and I was told the RX..was sent…we stopped on the way home…I was told it wasn’t filled yet. So we sat in the parking lot then tried again. I was told it wasn’t ready for the 4th time. I told the guy I had been back 4 times and that I wasn’t going to keep doing this again…I told him go get it. He told me to go sit down and wait…again. I told him I wanted to speak with a manager and he said…speaking…..no way was he a manager….he was still wet behind the ears. So I waited…..then I got in line for the 6th time…..they told me…oh you’re back….a$$holes I did get the prescription this time…but then they had the wrong phone number and had to change thier system….then they wanted to know if I wanted to donate to something…..I just told the girl…..my husband is just out of surgery and I need to take him home….I need this RX. Not their bull ……have a nice day is all they said…..I told them I am never coming back and I won’t. This was the most horrible customer service I have ever had. Walgreens is the worst…don’t ever go there.

The best pharmacy experience is at 3575 Boston road in the Bronx, this is due to the efficiency of Staff and one of the most considerate and caring pharmacists I have the pleasure to meet..Aisha (not sure if I got the spelling correct) but even during routine visits to the store I can hear her helping others.. Walgreens needs to hire her to train all their pharmacists..especially in customer care..she is definitely an upgrade from the others not only in Walgreens but cvs etc.. this is someone who enjoys helping others

If zero was a number it still wouldn’t be a low enough rating for this company. They are inept, insincere and incapable of doing a damn thing when it comes to Medicare. They are taught to lie directly to you. Awful, awful, awful. Try anyone before them as far as Medicare goes.
